These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of stillbeside.me and any purchase you make from Still Beside Me, operated by Riverton Ventures Inc (Texas, USA) ("we", "us"). By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to place an order.

Our products

Our products are personalized and made to order from the photo and details you provide. Because each piece is rendered as art, slight variations in colour and detail are part of the handmade-style nature of the product and are not defects. You approve a preview of your design before you pay.

Your content & license

When you upload a photo or provide text, you confirm that you own it or have the right to use it. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use that content solely to create your preview, produce and deliver your order, and provide support. We will not use your content for marketing without your separate consent.

Orders, pricing & payment

All prices are in US dollars. We may correct pricing or description errors and cancel affected orders, refunding you in full. Payment is processed securely by our payment provider at checkout. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.

Cancellations, returns & the Likeness Guarantee

Cancellations, remakes, and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refund Policy, including our Likeness Guarantee (free remake or full refund if your finished piece doesn't capture your companion). Please review it for details.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — our brand, designs, text, and imagery (excluding your uploaded photos) — is owned by Riverton Ventures Inc and may not be copied or used without permission.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

Our site and products are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to your order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits our Likeness Guarantee or any rights you have under applicable law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from content you upload (including any claim that it infringes someone else's rights) or your breach of these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be handled in the courts located in Texas, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
