Free shipping across the United States

Every order ships free within the United States, with tracking included. There are no hidden fees, customs charges, or duties for you to pay — the price you see is the price you pay.

Made to order — production & delivery times

Each keepsake is personalized and crafted to order from your photo. Here's the timeline:

• Production: 2–3 business days after you approve your design.
• Delivery: 7–10 business days with tracked shipping.
• Total: about 10–12 business days from order to your door.

During peak periods (such as the holidays), times may be slightly longer — we'll always keep you updated.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your keepsake every step of the way.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States. If your country isn't available at checkout, it isn't supported yet — we're working on expanding.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We aren't able to reroute a package once it has shipped, and we can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Delays & lost packages

Once an order is handed to the carrier, delivery is in their hands and occasional delays can happen. If your tracking shows no movement for an unusually long time, or your package is marked delivered but you can't find it, email support@stillbeside.me with your order number and we'll make it right.
